This week’s 2025 RBC Heritage Classic, Presented by Boeing at Hilton’s Head’s famed Sea Pines Resort, is about more than golf. Fans also can get an authentic taste of the event. Scottie Scheffler’s “Defending Champion Burger” will be the star attraction at Fraser’s Tavern at the Pavilion, located at the Halfway House area at the Harbour Town Clubhouse adjacent to the 10th tee of Pete Dye’s classic Harbour Town Golf Links. A portion of every burger sold supports a charity backed by the Heritage Classic Foundation.
After winning last year’s RBC Heritage, Scheffler got to create his burger of choice. It features a triple-blend beef patty with applewood-smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, fried onions, jalapeños, and Old Bay aioli.
The special satellite location of Fraser’s Tavern (named after Sea Pines Founder Charles Fraser) will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., through Sunday, April 20. Other prize-winning entrees will include the restaurant’s signature smokehouse favorites, grab-and-go entrées, and lighter options. The original Fraser’s Tavern in the Plantation Golf Club at The Sea Pines Resort’s other courses – Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes – will also be open all week.
Another fan favorite will be the 2025 edition of the Sea Pines gnome, a tribute to the caddie, whose indispensable role in the game is well-known to professional and recreational players alike. The limited-edition gnomes will be sold in the tournament’s main merchandise tent, starting Saturday, April 12. The gnome is 12 inches tall, 5.5 inches wide, and comes in a commemorative box. MSRP is $65.
