Callaway Apparel – We Fit The Game

Callaway Apparel: With so many brands to choose from, Callaway Golf wants you to know it is still very much in the apparel business.

Callaway continues to celebrate golf’s rich heritage by creating products they say to honor the past while defining the future. Those at the brand’s top say it’s about authenticity, classic styling, and technically advanced apparel construction that offers quality, performance, and functionality.

You might not have known that the product line is licensed and developed by Perry Ellis International, Inc., a global leader in fashion apparel.

Callaway Apparel’s sustainability initiatives are highlighted by its eco-friendly fabrics, which are manufactured with up to 30% recycled polyester made from previously used plastic bottles. In addition, Callaway has infused the collection with various new and improved performance features, including its re-engineered SWING TECH™, Opti-Dri™, UPF Block, Aquapel water repellence, Polygiene antibacterial, Engineered Ventilation, and more.

“By incorporating game-changing innovation and sustainable materials, our focus for Spring 2023 is to provide golfers exceptional products from a technically superior authentic golf brand,” said Oscar Feldenkreis, CEO of Perry Ellis International.

The Men’s collection is inspired by artisanal craftsmanship, with prints and patterns having an organic and natural aesthetic. Ventilated details, engineered seams, and stretch constructions are vital to the collection, making every piece multi-functional and extremely comfortable.

Highlights include:

  • Conversational Prints
  • Essential Knits, including Soft Touch
  • New Swing Tech Pants

The Spring 23 women’s collection is inspired by a trend called ‘Joyful Expression’ encompassing bold patterns in a sporty, lively, and joyful aesthetic. Design details like Callaway Chev seams, engineered ventilation, and entwined contrasts add what the brand believes are distinctively feminine touches to the collection. Additionally, many of the pieces incorporate new sun protection fabrication endorsed by the Skin Cancer Foundation. Above all, they create trademark details and enhanced comfort, versatility and multi-functionality.

The collection includes:

  • Elevated Essentials with V-Placket Color Block Polos
  • Core Performance Dresses
  • Sun Protection & Lightweight Layering

Callaway Apparel Brand Ambassadors Harry Hall, Emma Talley, and Brian Stuard.

Only last week, Feldenkreis introduced new brand ambassadors in PGA TOUR players Harry Hall and Brian Stuard as they join a roster featuring LPGA professional Emma Talley.

“Harry and Brian are a perfect combination of a young star on the rise and an established veteran and we look forward to supporting them as they perform on the PGA TOUR. Along with Emma Talley, Callaway Apparel is also worn by dozens of the world’s best players on the PGA, LPGA, Korn Ferry, PGA TOUR Champions and developmental tours.”

Hall, an Englishman, earned his 2023 PGA TOUR exempt status with a top-25 finish on the season-long 2022 Korn Ferry Tour points list.

“Feeling great with what you are wearing is an important aspect of playing well, and with Callaway Apparel, I know that I will always have that box checked,” said Hall. “The enhanced performance materials, cutting-edge designs, and functional styles are great on and off the course.

13-year TOUR pro Stuard last won in 2016 and regained his exempt status with a top finish at the 2022 Korn Ferry Tour finals.

Talley is a 5- year LPGA Tour veteran and a past winner on the Epson Tour after her time as a 4-time All-American at the University of Alabama and is one of only five women to win both the NCAA Individual Championship (2015) and U.S. Women’s Amateur (2013).
