Golf Pride CPX Provides Increased Softness and Tackiness and a Proprietary Design for More Traction.

Golf Pride launches its softest grip ever, the CPX.

CPX which stands for Comfort Performance eXtreme, helps absorb vibrations created at impact. A soft and responsive rubber compound allows the grip to mold to a golfer’s hands. For that reason, the CPX provides exceptional comfort and added stress relief.

The grip features a 45-degree EXO Diamond-Quilted pattern which maximizes the contact area with the golfer’s hands. Since the grip is constructed from a soft and responsive rubber compound, the grip molds to the golfer’s hands for exceptional comfort and added stress relief. Additionally, the Control Core in the grip’s end-cap complements the soft grip for the best of both worlds: maximum softness and control.

According to Jamie Ledford, President of Golf Pride, “The connection between the hands and mind is critical in the game of golf. We are so excited about CPX because the new design and ultra-soft rubber compound we’ve developed take this connection to the next level. Anyone who tries the CPX will immediately feel the difference.”

A Soft Grip for a Hard Game

“We know that golfers of every caliber quest for the ‘right feel’ when they have a club in their hands,” said Eric Gibson, Head of Marketing. “The new CPX, and the marketing campaign behind it, focuses on exactly that. Golf is hard. There’s a lot to think about. We believe that the right grip can create comfort for your hands and your mind regardless of your skill level, and feel it reflects the positive change and growth that golf is experiencing.”

The new CPX grip is available in four sizes ranging from undersized for people with hands that measure between 5″ and 6.5″ in length from the tip of the middle finger to the crease in the wrist to standard size (6.6″ – 7.5″), midsize (7.6″ – 9″), and jumbo grips (> 9″).

The new CPX grips are available now at golfpride.com and retailers nationwide.
