KemperSports has strategically appointed Josh Ward, a veteran of the golf industry, as Vice President – New Business Development. In his new role, Ward will be responsible for expanding KemperSports’ roster of managed and leased daily-fee courses, private clubs and destination resorts.
“Josh has a great background in golf and resort operations with a focus on generating revenue,” said KemperSports CEO Steve Skinner. “That keen understanding of the golf industry and passion for helping grow companies will make him a great addition to our team.”
Josh Ward joined the KemperSports team after spending the past six years in revenue management and business development roles in the golf course management business, where he helped drive incremental revenues and secure multiple new management agreements. He began his career in sales with NBC Sports/Golf Channel and spent time in resort operations and revenue management at PGA West and La Quinta Resort.
