Take a Swing at Links at Perry Cabin

by | Mar 18, 2024 | Where to Play

Want to take a swing (pardon the pun) at one Pete Dye’s final golf course designs? Here’s your opportunity: If you’ve ever aspired to play Links at Perry Cabin,  a special offer from Resorts at Perry Cabin combines the challenge of the Links and a stay at the luxurious  Inn at Perry Cabin.

Tucked along a private corner of the Chesapeake Bay, on more than 20 acres of manicured lawns along the Miles River, the Inn at Perry Cabin is of the Mid-Atlantic great destinations. Its nautical charm and casual elegance inspire a genuine sense of escape. Suites at the Inn reflect the caliber of this world-class resort, which is located in the historic town of Saint Michaels, MD. The resort features extensive amenities for play, relaxation, and exploration, just moments by foot, bicycle, car and boat from the best shopping, antiquing, tasting, and hunting.

Links at Perry Cabin

Designed by the legendary Pete Dye, Links at Perry Cabin features stunning topography.

The Links is routed through stunning topography and showcases vistas of Maryland’s iconic Eastern shore,  including majestic trees, bunkers, and distinctive water features,  and ends with an unforgettable finishing stretch – called Pete’s “Goodnight Kiss” – in view of the Chesapeake Bay.

When Dye and his family conceptualized Links at Perry Cabin, they agreed that the course would be beautiful, fun and keep players enthralled throughout all 18 holes. For example, the par-four, 18th hole (487 yards from the back tees) is one of Ol’ Pete’s more daunting finishing holes – from a monstrous tee shot over water to an approach shot to a tri-level green.  The previous hole – the par-three 17th –  is reminiscent is length and look to Dye’s famed 17th island green at TPC Sawgrass.

The new “Take a Swing” package – available for spring and fall 2024 – includes 35 percent off suites, exceptional green 18-hole green fees ($99 single; $198 double), and a credit at Purser’s Pub, the ultimate 19th hole.

The offer is available for select dates and requires a minimum two-night stay. Restrictions and blackout dates apply. This package may not be combined with other offers or promotions.

St. Michael’s is located about 60 miles from Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) and 90 miles from Washington, D.C. The area is easily accessible from Philadelphia (2.5 hours) and New York City (4 hours). Easton Municipal Airport, 20 minutes away, accommodates private aircraft.
