Troon Partnering with Lodging Dynamics

Troon is partnering with Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group (Lodging Dynamics), a Utah-based third-party operator of hotels and resorts. Under the partnership, Troon will manage golf operations, agronomy, retail, and sales and marketing for Lodging Dynamics’ golf resort properties, including Homestead Resort and Golf Club in Midway, Utah.

Lodging Dynamics is an award-winning hotel management company with 30 years of experience. The company maintains a premium brand portfolio and independent hotels throughout the continental United States and Hawaii.

“Lodging Dynamics manages an impressive portfolio of hotel and resort properties from Hawaii to Florida,” said Troon Vice President of Operations Ryan Whitney. “We’re looking forward to working with the Lodging Dynamics team on elevating the golf experiences at their golf resort properties through enhanced club operations, service and agronomic practices. We’ll also help to develop new golf stay and play options and market those packages.”

Lodging Dynamics’s Homestead Resort is a historic resort in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, approximately 30 miles southeast of Salt Lake City. The Resort features a Bruce Summerhays-designed, par 71 countryside course that winds through streams and gullies, past barns and meadows, and up and down hills. In 2018, GolfPass named Homestead Golf Club the top golf course in Utah. The course is open to daily-fee and resort play from May 1 through October 31, weather permitting.
