For the golfer that travels, a travel bag is a necessary accessory but a major inconvenience when it comes to storage. These oversized bags are great for protecting your clubs when on a trip, but finding a place to store that monstrosity at home can be a real problem.

Sun Mountain has been at the forefront of golf bag innovation for over 30 years, and it’s no surprise that they have the solution…the Kube Travel Bag. Kube will take on just about any full sized cart bag but will easily fold down to a compact cube for storage.

“Kube is ideal for someone who travels periodically with their golf clubs,” explains President of Sun Mountain, Ed Kowachek, “and wants their golf travel bag to take up as little space as possible when not in use.”

Constructed from durable, ballistic style fabric in combination with plastic half-shells with dense foam padding through the top of the bag to protect your golf clubs. The construction of the Kube is the key to its compact shape, but also to the durability and protection of your clubs.

The plastic half-shells shield the bottom and the top as well as have embedded roller wheels for pulling it along in the airport. The ballistic material connecting the half-shells is strong and light weight and folds into them when not in use and extends to a full size travel cover at 52″ x 14″ x 14″.

Kube’s fabric is further reinforced in wear areas and heavy-duty, two-way zippers run the full length of the golf travel bag to make it easy to load. Full-sized cart bags with a driver will easily fit into a Kube. While the body of the bag doesn’t have much padding, the upper has some extra padding opposite the hard shell to protect your driver.

When not in use, Kube folds down to 9″ x 13″ x 14.5″ for storage and weighs only 6.8 pounds.
