Country music superstar Dierks Bentley will perform Saturday, July 5, after third-round play concludes at this summer’s John Deere Classic, and best of all, the concert is free to anyone with a paid admission to the Quad Cities signature professional sporting event.
Tickets for the PGA TOUR’s John Deere Classic go on sale April 1 at johndeereclassic.com.
“The John Deere Classic couldn’t be more thrilled to have Dierks Bentley perform for our fans after Saturday’s third round at TPC Deere Run,” said third-year tournament director Andrew Lehman, now in his 19th year with the event. “Dierks is truly an authentic entertainer whose energy and musicianship our audience is going to know and appreciate.
Sunday’s post-round concert will feature chart-topping country and southern rock performers, the Zac Brown Band, which is certain to line the fairways as the 2025 champion is decided on July 6th.
Now in its third year, Concerts on the Course was envisioned by tournament title sponsor Deere & Co.
“When we introduced Concerts on the Course two years ago, John Deere’s goal was to expand the appeal of the John Deere Classic beyond that of traditional golf fans and introduce other elements of the Quad Cities community to the tournament and the beautiful setting of TPC Deere Run,” added Mara Downing, Vice President, Global Brand and Communications. “We think Dierks Bentley and Zac Brown Band are going to helps us achieve that goal again this year.
Bentley, a multiple Grammy-winning, hit-making singer/songwriter whose music stands at the intersection of mainstream country and bluegrass, has been a regular at the top of the charts since he arrived in Nashville more than 20 years ago. The three-time CMA Award winner’s show will feature his new hit “She Hates Me” along with fan favorites from his eight No. One albums and catalogue of 22 No. 1 songs.
Lehman said both performances are scheduled to take place at approximately 5:45 p.m. on a stage to the golfer’s left of the 18th fairway, a short time after golf concludes, as it did last year. Fans will be seated on the hillside to the golfer’s right of the fairway, directly across from the stage.
The 54th edition of the Quad Cities’ PGA TOUR event will be played the week of July 2-6 at TPC Deere Run in Silvis. Davis Thompson is the defending champion, and the purse is $8.4 million.
