Boo Weekley: Haulin’ It

by | May 31, 2024 | News

Boo Weekley’s troubles have become Bridgestone Golf’s gain. Here’s the story: The only vehicle available for Weekley to rent following the Senior PGA Championship earlier this month at Harbor Shores in Benton Harbor, MI., was a 15-foot U-Haul truck. Whatever works, right?

According to Google Maps, that’s about a six-and-a-half hour drive. But Boo Weekly summed it up in perfect Boo fashion:

“We got to thinking outside the box and we ended up in the box, a U-Haul box,” Weekley says in a clip shared by the PGA Tour Champions. “So here we are, cruising down the road jamming to some radio. . . . But we’re having fun, just cruising around the world playing golf.”

So, Bridgestone Golf has put together the “Boo Haul’’ package, whereby consumers can win Weekly’s camo Bridgestone cap and a dozen U-Haul logoed Tour B RX balls – the same balls Boo Weekley plays on the Champions Tour.

Void where prohibited. Must have a U.S. shipping address to claim prize. Contest closes June 2 at 11:59ET. Twelve winners will be selected by June 15th. Winners will be contacted via direct message. Winners must be 18 years of age and older.
